Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. Our program can be completed in person or online!

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Dexter is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”

Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!

Nutrition Packages

At CrossFit Dexter, we offer a variety of different packages to meet our client’s needs. We work with clients locally and all over the country by providing nutrition counseling, customized meal and exercise plans to help them achieve their goals.

Nutrition 101 Program

(One Time Consult)

  • Receive one week basic meal plan and food log

Deluxe Customized Nutrition Package

(6 Week Program)
$389/6 weeks
  • Initial Consultation (75 minutes)
  • Comprehensive Nutrition Handbook
  • Deterimine Your Baseline
  • Health Coaching and Goal Setting
  • Understand the Fundamentals about Nutrition
  • Receive a Customized Meal Plan based on goals and workout schedule
  • Receive 4 weeks of Meal Plans
  • Supplements and timing around workouts
  • Measurements and body fat percentage testing before and after
  • Before and After Photos
  • 2 week check-in email
  • Follow Up Consultation and re-measure (30 minutes)
  • Food log review and feedback during the 6 week program
  • In addition to the initial and follow-up consultations, you will also receive 15 minute phone calls weekly for ongoing coaching and continued support.

Ongoing Nutrition Coaching: $45 per month

Moving into your Maintenance Phase, stay accountable with monthly visits to the Nutrition Coach. This option is available after having completed a customized plan. You’ll receive email access to the nutrition coach, a 20-min consult each month and an Omron scan.
